The place was clean with a particularly helpful and attentive staff that need to be recognized for their outstanding service. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to a "business district", and Conference Center. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to The Pizza Stop to relax and grab some food.

room was large, clean and well equipped. breakfast buffet was varied and good by american standards. genesee brewery at the highfalls, is easily accessible on foot, is recommended.
outdoor pool is closed seasonally, i. e. after labor day, no matter how warm/hot the weather is. hotel bar was already closed at 20. 15.
